The four-point base provides broader contact with the ground during walking, and swivels to maintain traction when the surface is uneven - on cobblestones, grass, ramps, or outdoor paths. When you stop, the base stands the cane upright on its own without needing to lean it against anything.

The offset handle positions the grip directly over the centre of support, with a contoured composite grip sized to sit comfortably in either hand.
