Our products are sourced through third-party dropship suppliers. Product images and specifications reflect supplier information and may vary slightly from the physical product received. Products may arrive in packaging that reflects our fulfillment partners rather than Parkinson's Market branding If you receive a product that materially differs from its description, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.

Prices are displayed in the currency of your region and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply for cross-border shipments and are the buyer's responsibility.

5.  Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price, inclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping fees displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

6.  Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Estimated shipping timeframes and costs are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and supplier.

Products may be fulfilled by different suppliers and may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. However, if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it or filing a claim.

7.  Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at support@parkinsonsmarket.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be packaged as requested by shipper Some product categories may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons, these will be noted on the product page.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

•       Not post content that is offensive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive

•       Not post content that constitutes or could be interpreted as medical advice including medication recommendations, dosage suggestions, or claims that a product treats a medical condition

•       Not post commercial content, spam, or promotional material for products or services

•       Not post content that infringes the intellectual property of others

•       Not post personal information (your own or others') that could be used to identify or harm an individual

 

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice. We do not proactively review all forum content and are not responsible for user-generated posts.

User-generated forum content is the sole responsibility of the poster. Nothing in the forum constitutes endorsement or verification by Parkinson's Market.
