Chill in the freezer or warm in the microwave; the sleeve retains its temperature for up to 30 minutes and remains flexible even when frozen. An included adjustable compression strap allows you to personalise the level of compression and keep the sleeve securely in place. Available in three sizes (S, M, L) to fit men's shoe sizes 6–15 and women's sizes 5–16; size by ankle circumference for best fit. Latex-free.
