The Arctic Flex Hot and Cold Wrist Sleeve combines a Lycra and gel sleeve with a separate elastic compression strap to deliver targeted heat or cold therapy across the hand, thumb, and wrist. The pull-on sleeve design requires no wrapping - the elastic strap then fastens around the wrist for adjustable compression. The gel can be chilled in the freezer or warmed in the microwave, and remains flexible at low temperatures for continuous contact with the skin.

Available in Small, Medium, and Large to fit wrist circumferences from 5" to 8", and designed for use on either the left or right wrist. The Lycra construction is breathable and moves with the hand during everyday activities.
