We included these replacement packs because customers shouldn’t have to replace an entire wrap when only the gel packs need refreshing. The flexible-when-frozen clay gel is genuinely better for comfort than standard rigid packs - it maintains contact with the joint rather than sitting flat against it.

  • Packs can also be microwaved for heat therapy; heat in 10-second intervals and check the temperature carefully before applying.

These Arctic Flex replacement packs are designed to fit the Vive knee, ankle, and shoulder ice wraps already in the range, making it easy to rotate between sets or replace a pack that’s been damaged or lost. The clay gel formula stays pliable when frozen, conforming to the joint for more targeted contact than rigid gel packs.

Each set can be used straight from the freezer for cold therapy or heated briefly in the microwave for warmth. The knee and ankle sets each include three packs; the shoulder set includes one larger pack. Sizes are matched to the corresponding Vive wraps so they fit the interior pockets without adjustment.

How to Use for Cold Therapy:
Place each ice wrap pack flat in the freezer for a minimum of two hours
Remove from the freezer and secure in the interior pockets of the wrap
Apply to the area to be treated
WARNING: Treatment time should not exceed 20 minutes
How to Use for Heat Therapy:
Place each pack in the microwave on a paper towel or paper plate
Heat on full power for 15 seconds
Remove the gel pack carefully from microwave and knead to distribute heat evenly
Check for the desired temperature
To reheat, place the gel pack back in microwave for 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached
Place the heated gel pack in the interior mesh pockets
IMPORTANT: While heating, watch the gel pack carefully. If it starts to expand, stop heating immediately

Care Instructions:
Wipe the cold packs down with a damp cloth as needed
