We chose this cushion because the contoured memory foam is shaped to fill the natural curve of the spine rather than sitting flat against the back. The chair strap means it stays in position without needing to be adjusted every time you sit, and the cover is machine washable - practical when daily use is the norm.

The Full Lumbar Support Cushion uses high-density 50D memory foam shaped to follow the natural curve of the spine. It can be used on any seat - at home, in the car, in a wheelchair, or at a desk - and a quick-release chair strap holds it securely in position on most chair backs.

The zippered 3D mesh cover allows air to circulate and removes for machine washing. At 18.11" x 14.96" x 5.12" and weighing under two pounds, it is practical to reposition or take with you. Available in Grey and Black.

Position the cushion against the chair back with the wider base facing down. Attach the chair strap if needed for added security. Adjust height to suit your back length. Remove the zip cover before machine washing.
