Sizing before you order: measure both the upper arm circumference and the chest circumference. Standard sizing covers arm circumferences up to 19.29" and chest circumferences of 30" to 49". With the 8" extender strap fitted, arm coverage reaches 25.2" and chest coverage reaches 56".

Fitting: thread the affected arm through the shoulder cuff, then bring the chest strap over the head and under the opposite arm and fasten it. Fit the arm strap around the upper arm and adjust it snugly - this is what stops the brace riding up during the day. Add the extender strap to either the shoulder strap or the arm strap if the standard length sits too tight. The brace reverses, so the same steps apply to either shoulder.

Wearing: the fit should feel firm and even, not pinching. Loosen the straps if you notice numbness, tingling, or color changes in the hand or fingers.

Care: machine wash in cold water with like colors, then air dry or tumble dry on low. Fasten the hook-and-loop closures before washing so they do not catch.
