This is the thigh-high option in our compression range, for anyone who wants support higher up the leg than a knee-high stocking provides. The 15-20 mmHg level is a moderate compression suited to everyday wear, and the silicone-lined cuff is the practical detail that sets it apart - thigh-high stockings are prone to rolling down, and the grip cuff keeps them where they belong. The multidirectional stretch also makes them a little more forgiving to pull on, which matters when hand strength and dexterity are limited.

Good to know

  • Thigh-high stockings take more reach and pulling to put on than knee-highs - many PwP find a compression stocking donner (available separately) makes the process much easier when grip strength is limited.
  • Size by measuring the circumference of both the ankle and calf rather than shoe size, and if measurements fall near a size boundary, sizing up tends to give a more comfortable fit.
  • Hand wash warm and lay flat to dry — a second pair is handy for wash days.

The Thigh-High Compression Stockings offer graduated 15-20 mmHg compression in a thigh-high length, extending support further up the leg than a knee-high stocking. The opaque nylon and Lycra blend is lightweight and breathable, with multidirectional stretch that makes the stockings easier to pull on and gives a flexible fit for men and women.

A structured cuff lined with soft silicone dots holds each stocking in place at the thigh without sliding or bunching through the day. Fitted heels and wide toe boxes add comfort, and the form-fitting profile sits comfortably inside athletic, dress, or casual shoes.
