We chose this one because it’s genuinely adjustable - the splints, compression strap, and lumbar pad all come out, so the level of support can be tuned rather than fixed. The easy-on details matter most here: the thumb loop, hand pocket, and pull-tabs make it far more manageable to fasten when grip and dexterity are limited, which is exactly where a lot of support belts fall short.

Good to know

  • Size by measuring around the hips and pelvis, not the waist - Regular fits up to a 45” hip and Plus/XL covers 45”–55”.
  • The flexi-splints and lumbar pad lift out, so it’s worth experimenting with how many splints feel right rather than using all of them from day one.
  • It’s slim enough to wear discreetly under clothing, or over a light layer.
  • Hand wash cold and air dry only - it’s not machine washable, so a gentle rinse and lay-flat dry keeps its shape.

Size

The SI Belt is an adjustable compression belt that wraps around the hips and pelvis to provide firm, stabilizing support to the sacroiliac area and lower back. It’s designed to be worn during daily activity, holding the pelvis snugly so you feel more supported and secure on your feet or when seated.

The dual-compression design is fully customizable: removable flexi-splints contour to the body for added structure, a removable outer compression strap lets you dial in the firmness, and a removable lumbar pad adds cushioned support along the lower back. A textured non-slip inner lining keeps the belt in place whether you’re moving or resting.

Designed to be easy to put on, with an outer thumb loop, a hand pocket, and easy pull-tab fasteners. The lightweight, breathable neoprene blend is slim enough to wear under or over clothing. Latex-free. Unisex. Available in Regular (up to 45” hip) and Plus/XL (45”–55” hip) in black. Hand wash cold and air dry - do not machine wash, dry, or bleach.
