Rollator With Cupholder Tray
Carrying a cup of tea across a room is one of those ordinary things that quietly stops being possible - both hands are needed on the rollator, and a full mug in one hand while walking is a spill waiting to happen. We chose this model because the tray is a proper working surface rather than a token shelf: big enough for an actual dinner plate, non-slip, with a recessed well that holds a tall cup steady rather than letting it slide about. Combined with the bag underneath, it means one trip instead of three, or instead of asking someone else to fetch it. At 13 lbs it stays genuinely maneuverable, and it folds small enough to travel.
- Set the handle height so your wrists sit level with the handles when standing upright with arms relaxed - handles set too high encourage leaning forward, which many PwP already contend with.
- The tray works best with the cup in the recessed holder rather than resting flat on the surface, particularly over door thresholds.
- Worth knowing the tray sits at the front of the frame, so it is easiest to load and unload while stationary with the brakes applied.
- The bag lifts a good amount of weight low in the frame, which helps the rollator feel settled rather than top-heavy.
This rollator is built around a problem most walking aids ignore: once both hands are on the handles, you cannot carry anything. The tray sits across the frame and is wide enough at 15.25" x 10.25" for a full-size dinner plate, with a separate recessed holder sized for a tall cup or can. The surface is non-slip, so a plate and a drink can travel from the kitchen to another room in one trip.
Underneath, a large 15.25" x 10.25" x 10" bag takes everything else - post, shopping, a book, a water bottle. The aluminum frame weighs 13 lbs and folds down to 22.5" x 17" for the boot of a car or a hallway cupboard. Handle height adjusts between 30" and 35".
Four 5.5" wheels roll over indoor thresholds and pavements. Finished in grey. Supplied with the bag and tray already fitted.

- Folds to 22.5" x 17" for storage or transport
- Adjusts handle height from 30" to 35"
- Rolls on four 5.5" wheels; arrives with tray and bag fitted
Unfold the frame fully and check it has locked open before putting any weight on it. Adjust both handles to the same height, between 30" and 35", so your wrists sit level with the handles when standing upright with arms relaxed. Apply the brakes before loading or unloading the tray, and before sitting or standing if using it stationary. Keep tray loads level and use the recessed holder for cups rather than standing them on the flat surface. Fold to 22.5" x 17" for storage. Check wheels, brakes and handle locks regularly.
