Why we chose this

For PwP navigating both muscle rigidity and general discomfort, the combination of TENS and EMS modes in a single device is genuinely useful - TENS for nerve-based aches, EMS for the muscle tension that tends to build up from reduced movement. The dual-channel output means you can target two areas in the same session without repositioning the pads, which matters when fine motor control makes adjustments effortful. The large LCD is one of the clearest we've seen at this price point, and the three included pad shapes make it easier to get good contact on harder-to-reach areas like the lower back or calf.

Good to know

  • Many PwP find TENS particularly useful for the low-level background aches that tend to build up in the neck, shoulders, and lower back - areas that often hold tension when movement patterns change.
  • Worth starting at the lowest intensity and building up gradually, as everyone responds differently to electrical stimulation.
  • The EMS modes work differently from TENS - they cause visible muscle contractions rather than just a tingling sensation - so it's worth exploring the TENS modes first.
  • TENS and EMS devices are not suitable for use with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices - check the full contraindications list in the user manual before first use.

A wired TENS and EMS unit with 50 therapy modes - 20 TENS, 20 EMS, and 10 fitness settings - giving you fine-grained control over the type and intensity of electrical stimulation. The dual-channel output lets you treat two areas simultaneously, and the large LCD screen makes settings easy to read and adjust at a glance. Includes 8 electrode pads in three shapes to fit different body areas, a USB-C rechargeable battery rated for up to 8 hours, and a carrying case for storage. A practical step-up option for anyone who wants to explore both TENS and EMS therapy at home with more flexibility than a basic unit.

  • Features independent A/B dual channels - treat two different areas simultaneously
  • Large, easy-to-read LCD screen with simple mode and intensity controls
  • Includes 8 electrode pads in square, rectangular, and circular shapes

Peel the backing from an electrode pad and press firmly onto clean, dry skin near the area of discomfort. Attach the lead cable between the pad and controller. Select a mode and start at a low intensity, increasing gradually to a comfortable level. Sessions typically run 15–30 minutes; begin with one session and build up to three per day as tolerated. After use, clean pads with a damp cloth and store on the backing sheet to preserve stickiness. Recharge via USB-C before the battery indicator reaches empty. Replace pads when adhesion becomes unreliable - typically after 20–30 uses.
