Apply electrode pads to clean, dry skin on the area of discomfort. Connect lead wires between the pads and the unit. Clip the device to a waistband or pocket if using hands-free. Select a therapy mode and start at the lowest intensity, increasing gradually to a comfortable level. Sessions typically run 15–30 minutes. After use, remove pads gently and store on their backing sheet to preserve the gel. Pads are reusable; if stickiness reduces, wipe gently with a damp cloth and allow to dry. Replace batteries when the display dims or stimulation weakens.
