"The Vive Ice Lumbar Roll adds firm lower-back support to any chair, car seat, or office seat, with the option of hot or cold therapy built in. The high-density foam roll follows the natural curve of the lower spine to support your posture while seated, and a 32” adjustable strap with a quick-release buckle secures it to almost any seat — or around the waist.

Two Arctic Flex gel packs slip into a full-length pouch in the cover, so you can add cold from the freezer or warmth from the microwave whenever you want it. The gel stays flexible when frozen and conforms to the lower back.

The breathable mesh cover unzips and is machine washable; the foam roll spot-cleans with a damp cloth. The roll measures 12” long x 5.5” in diameter. Includes the foam roll, mesh cover, and two gel packs. Do not apply hot or cold therapy for longer than 15–20 minutes at a time.

How to Cool Gel Packs:
Place each gel pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours
Remove a gel pack from the freezer and place it in the lumbar roll pouch before applying
Never apply cold therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time
How to Heat Gel Packs in a Microwave
Note
Gel pack must be at room temperature before heating in microwave
Place a single gel pack on a paper towel in the microwave
Heat at full power in 5-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached
Place in the lumbar roll pouch and apply to the affected area
Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time
How to Heat Gel Packs on a Stove Top
Bring 3 quarts (3.5 liters) of water to a boil
Remove water from the heat source. Note: Never immerse gel pack while water is being heated
Immerse gel pack in hot water for 2.5 - 3 minutes
Place in the lumbar roll pouch and apply to the affected area
Do not apply hot therapy longer than 15-20 minutes at a time
Care Instructions:

Tumble dry on low heat setting
Spot clean foam cushion with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. Do not machine wash
