Why we chose this

Where the scoop plate works for main meals, the bowl solves the same problem for soups, cereals, and fruit. Having both in a matching set means one consistent adaptive design approach covers most of a typical day's eating. The raised rim on the bowl is particularly effective for wetter foods that a standard bowl makes harder to scoop cleanly without mess.

Good to know

  • The bowl in this set is a good size for cereals, soups, and stews - many PwP find it useful for breakfast, when morning stiffness can make fine motor coordination most challenging.
  • Both pieces are available in blue or white; the blue provides strong contrast against most foods, which can help for anyone managing visual changes.

The Spill-Proof Scoop Bowl & Plate Set pairs a deep scoop bowl with a matching plate, both featuring raised inner rims that guide food onto utensils for easier, less messy eating. Non-slip rubber bases on both pieces keep them stable during meals. Microwave and dishwasher safe. BPA-free. Available in blue or white.
