Why we chose this

Mealtime matters - not just practically, but socially. This set stood out because it works at a restaurant table as well as it does at home. The polished finish looks like proper silverware. The added weight of each piece provides a natural steadying effect during use, without requiring any conscious effort from the person using it. The extra-deep spoon bowls are a thoughtful detail that reduce the chance of food slipping between plate and mouth.

Good to know

  • The heavier weight can feel unfamiliar at first -many PwP find a short adjustment period of a few meals before the utensils feel natural to use.
  • The extra-deep spoon bowls are particularly useful for soups and cereals.
  • Dishwasher safe, though polished stainless steel benefits from being dried promptly to maintain its finish.

Color

The Weighted Utensil Set is made from polished stainless steel and weighs approximately four times as much as standard silverware. Each piece - knife, fork, tablespoon, and soup spoon - has an ergonomically designed handle sized for comfortable hold with reduced grip strength. Extra-deep spoon bowls help reduce spillage. Dishwasher safe. Latex free.
